I am a relationally focused therapist, and I am happy to see you if you are seeking help for yourself. I have training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, AEDP Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. What you can expect from working with me is humanistic, compassion-focused, person-centered care. This means that I am primarily interested in helping you have an experience in therapy that is validating, encouraging, and compassionate, with a mix of problem-solving and gentle challenging as appropriate.
